gt018 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held in your Account balance.
You may register only one Account per person. The use of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds. When creating your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and other activities. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify gt018 customer support.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, gt018 requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP or other government-issued identification showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. You may also be required to provide a selfie holding your ID next to your face, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and additional documentation at the discretion of gt018 for enhanced due diligence.
You may deposit and play while your KYC verification is pending, but you will not be able to withdraw funds until your identity has been successfully verified. gt018 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours during business hours, but processing times may vary during peak periods or if additional documentation is required. All documents submitted are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
gt018 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: major banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gt018 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used, including bank statements or e-wallet screenshots showing your name. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account balance within minutes. In rare cases where technical issues delay processing, deposits will be credited within one hour. If you do not see your deposit reflected after one hour, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance. gt018 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control.
To promote responsible gaming, Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account settings page. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. gt018 also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on Accounts showing signs of problem gambling behavior.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your Account balance at any time, provided your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your gt018 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 (twenty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for e-wallets. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account verification level and transaction history, with standard Accounts able to withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP Accounts upon request.
gt018 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (08:00 to 20:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be queued and processed starting from 08:00 WIB the following morning. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals to newly added payment methods may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process.
In certain circumstances, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or unusual betting patterns, gt018 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 7 business days while conducting an investigation. You will be notified via email if your withdrawal requires additional review.
gt018 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. From the fourth withdrawal onwards in a calendar month, a processing fee of 1% (minimum Rp 10,000) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. This policy is in place to prevent the use of gt018 as a money transfer service and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
All withdrawals are subject to verification. gt018 reserves the right to request additional documentation, conduct video verification calls, or implement other security measures before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
gt018 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your betting experience, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are disclosed on the promotions page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 35x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Only one bonus can be active on your Account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the previous bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. gt018 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated betting with other Users.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific promotion terms) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% depending on house edge. Game contribution percentages are listed in the specific bonus terms.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiration period, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be removed from your Account, and only your original deposit (if applicable) will remain. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support, which will remove the bonus and any bonus winnings but preserve your real-money balance.
All bets placed on gt018 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections and stake amounts before placing any wager. gt018 is not responsible for user error, including but not limited to accidental bet placement, incorrect stake amounts, or selection mistakes. In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), gt018 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
Bets must be placed before the start of the event or game. Live in-play betting markets close a few seconds before key moments (goals, points, game outcomes) to prevent late betting based on delayed broadcasts. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event has concluded or a material outcome has occurred, the bet will be void and stakes returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds: using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions; engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to guarantee profits; exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities; using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location or create multiple Accounts; and any other activity that gt018 reasonably determines to be fraudulent or abusive.
For sports betting markets, if a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For football matches, if a match is abandoned after kickoff, bets on markets that have been decided (e.g., first goalscorer if a goal has been scored) will stand, while bets on incomplete markets will be void. Specific rules for mix parlay (accumulator) bets, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and other bet types are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section accessible through your Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gt018 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or active bets will be closed after all pending matters are resolved. Once closed, you will not be able to reopen the same Account, though you may register a new Account in the future if eligible.
gt018 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, used the Services for illegal purposes, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to gt018. In cases of fraud or Terms violation, gt018 reserves the right to retain funds as compensation for damages.
